Whole and fresh egg, processed and pasteurized by homogenizing its different components once removed and separate the shell and the membrane.

Egg product used directly in food services or as raw material for the bakery industry, dairy, confectionery, beverages, sauces, mayonnaise, dressings, meringues, prepared foods, among other uses in the food industry.

Bag in box 2 Kg, 5 Kg, 10 Kg y 20 Kg.

Storage conditions

Keep refrigerated between 0 ° and 4 ° C.

Useful life

Six weeks in appropriate storage conditions.
After opened, it should be consumed within 72 hours.
